Think of Antrim and you think of Ireland's myths and legends - the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrickfergus and more besides. It's lush, desirable, dramatic tourist country, and it's also home to Ireland's oldest whiskey distillery, Bushmills. By contrast, the city of Belfast - at least its northern half beyond the river Foyle - is fast becoming an A-list gastronomic destination, with a burgeoning number of starred establishments of every kind. Modern Irish and innovative eclectic cuisine is the name of the game in the city's high-flyers.
