Restaurants in Herefordshire

Hereford beef and Wye salmon are the kings of the county and are highly prized by restaurants and pubs across Herefordshire.

The Teme Valley is famous as a hop-growing region, so it's not surprising that small independent breweries do well in these parts. Huge orchards provide apples for cider and pears for perry, while wine from local vineyards also finds its way into the county's eating places. This is also a productive area for herb growers, cheese makers and even farmers rearing free-range Trelough ducks.
