Bastille was founded in 2006, by local chefs Christophe and Michelle Poteaux (former chefs at the Watergate Hotel in DC). The contemporary French bistro fare uses locally sourced and sustainable ingredients and draws inspiration from traditional bistro dishes, but uses a modern approach. This translates into ingredient and quality driven food at bistro prices within a comfortable and relaxed setting. This is what makes Bastille perfect for a relaxing, yet elegant dinner, romantic night out, indulging your business clients or for a great wine dinner with friends.
