VERO Cibo - Vino - Liquori Bar made its debut in October 2010 in Amityville New York. This modern restaurant is the brainchild of owner Michael Esposito of Vittorio's Restaurant & Wine Bar, and Executive Chef Massimo Fedozzi who is serving Italian small plates that allow guests to explore the various regions of Italy. The restaurant is committed to the use of locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible and all of their dishes are prepared from scratch. This commitment to freshness and quality is also evident in the selection of signature and specialty drinks designed by barman Eric Greczel, in addition to an approachable wine list.
