Pitkin County Steakhouse maintains a 50-year Aspen steakhouse tradition updated to include prime, dry-aged steaks, fresh fish and seafood, locally-sourced salad bar, and wine list designed by Master Sommelier Jay Fletcher.

The dining room is themed with enlarged, historic black and white images of Pitkin County, and the overall environment is relaxed and comfortable, with servers dressed in jeans to remind diners that they don't have to dress up to enjoy a great steakhouse experience.

The adjacent Pitkin County Tavern is home away from home for locals loyal to its affordable and delicious fare; 12 beers on tap; chess and backgammon tables; shuffleboard; 4 TVs; Thursday, Sunday and Monday Night football; Direct TV's NHL Center Ice Package; and live music 5 nights per week.
