Due Terre is a restaurant that features modern Italian cuisine from Award winning Chef Michael White. The owner, Francois Rousseau who is from France, has worked at some of the best eateries of Italy, France, England, New York City & New Jersey. Chef/Partner Michael White has been voted best chef in America in 2002 by Esquire magazine, he was also nominated to the James Beard Foundation for Best New Chef & Best Restaurant in NYC. He has worked for one of the best restaurants in Italy. The concept is to be able to have a great experience, feel comfortable, like you were in your own home, while discovering some amazing wines paired with some outstanding food without feeling like it is only for special occasions.
