The Palace is a lifestyle restaurant in the centre of Biel where you can sample a rich variety of excellent cuisine in two different settings, the brasserie or the restaurant. The restaurant offers Mediterranean style gourmet and business meals, while the brasserie offers meals with mainly European and some Asian flavours. The Palace feels like an exclusive club and organises regular events, such as wine tasting, musical evenings, casino nights, golfer's brunches and Jazz nights - adding variety to the culinary and cultural programme. From Wednesday to Saturday the restaurant also offers a Chinese fondue with various types of meat - in addition to the standard menu. During the summer months there is a large, covered terrace and an aperitif bar adjoining the restaurant which can accommodate 80 diners. There is an extensive wine list to complement the dishes.
