Review on Burgh Island Hotel
This famous grade II Art Deco hotel is situated on a private island 200 metres off the coast of South Devon.
Chef Conor Heneghan has brought a new and exciting dimension to the kitchen at Burgh Island, with a background as head chef in one of Australia's top fish restaurants (Pier 9 in Brisbane) he produces a menu that changes daily and is completely dictated by that morning's market. Conor describes his food as "clean, contemporary and complete".
