Review on A Table
A fusion of Basque and French cuisine combined with the welcoming feel of a bistro. House specialities include mi-cuit foie gras, porcini mushrooms with magret of duck, pork fillet stroganoff or tournedos of foie-filled duck. It also offers delicious salads, fresh fish of the day as well as low calorie options. For dessert diners can choose from the moreish chocolate palette or a sable of yuzu ? a perfect finale to an unforgettable meal. A Table has a carefully chosen wine list with wines from Alsace, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Priorato, Ribera del Duero as well as much sought after Txakolis from the Basque Country and Riojas. Dessert wines from Sauternes and Tokaji also feature. This is the ideal restaurant for those who believe that a good meal is more than just good food and the romantic atmosphere is complemented with music and candlelight. On the first and last Thursdays of every month diners can enjoy blind dinners, held in complete darkness, when you can rediscover your senses and the real intensity of flavours and smells. Reservations essential.
