Preservation Kitchen preserves the traditions of regional eating and drinking, our local history, and old-fashioned hospitality. We believe that sharing a good meal with friends and family is one of the best ways to spend your time, and that expensive prices, white table cloths and pretentious wine lists are not necessary to achieve a great dining experience. Our menu, which contains seasonal, locally produced, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible, is flexible and affordable enough for a four-course special occasion dinner in our dining room, or a glass of wine and shared small plates on a Tuesday night.



The Cafe at Preservation Kitchen offers the same seasonal, local, NW cuisine, only in a more casual setting and priced for everyday. Whether you join us in the Cafe for lunch or for dinner, our kitchen has taken delicious salads, sandwiches and comfort foods and put our unique twist on them to create an everyday gourmet menu you'll love.
