Black Cat Farm Table Bistro serves inspired, organic cuisine based on the just-picked produce from its own seventy acre farm. By day, Chef-Farmer Eric Skokan cares for the vegetables out in his fields. Each evening finds him in the kitchen crafting dishes on his daily changing menu. The same care goes into the restaurant's award winning wine list boasting over 300 selections. Chef Skokan and Sommelier Jeremiah Allen select wines that respect the cuisine and have a sense of place. Hand-crafted, seasonal cocktails featuring artisanal spirits show the talent of our professional mixologists who make our bar spring to life.
