Casa Fausta Capaul is a hotel restaurant in an old 18th century Engadin Valley building with a charming rustic décor. The restaurant features in both the Michelin and Gault Gillau restaurant guides for its excellent cuisine. The kitchen is committed to fresh local seasonal products, mainly sourced from local suppliers and fresh herbs such as wild garlic, nettles and mushrooms are foraged by the restaurant. There is a fine wine list of regional and international wines.
