It would be easy to miss the highly rated Saul Restaurant on a busy Brooklyn Street, which would be a pity because it's food has received a Michelin star every year since 2005 for its chef proprietor, Saul Bolton. The restaurant which opened in 1999 has a modern décor with hardwood floors, brick walls and a pressed-tin ceiling and simply laid tables. Bolton uses fresh seasonal and artisanal ingredients to create his exemplary contemporary American dishes, which are served in a cosy, friendly atmosphere.
