Review on Celtic Royal Hotel, Brasserie Draco

In a prime location close to Caernarfon Castle (a World Heritage Site) and Snowdonia National Park, this prestigious hotel now caters mainly for the corporate market with all manner of business, conference and leisure facilities on site.

Built in 1841, it has been elegantly restored and updated, with a luxurious blend of Victorian and contemporary architecture, and two dining options. The split-level Brasserie Draco offers Mediterranean-style cuisine in chic surrounds, backed by a decent selection of wines. Otherwise try the Havana Bistro/Bar for something more casual.
