Owners Calogero, Salvatore, Franco, Roberto Volpe, and their mother, Maria Teresa, constantly make you feel like a part of the family. Nestled on the south shore of Long Island in Center Moriches, La Volpe is the perfect place to stop on the way to the Hamptons.
Executive Chef Franco Volpe and his mother carefully compiled a Mediterranean-inspired menu that combines Franco's creative style and Maria's traditional family recipes. Bucatini Chi Sardi, Orecchiette Alla Barese, and Chicken Dijonase are just a few of Franco's signature dishes on the eclectic menu. Mouth-watering daily specials are also offered. Not to be outdone, Anton Pizzeria, next door, serves the finest brick-oven pizza and specialty pies outside of Italy.
