Review on Dalsass das Talvò

Johri's Talvo is currently closed but will open in December 2011 as Dalsass das Talvò with new hands at the helm, Michelin stared chef Martin Dalsass and his wife Lorena. The restaurant will serve a creative Mediterranean cuisine, influenced by his passion for olive oil and its masterful application. Martin's award winning Santabbondio Ristorante in Lugano will remain open.
