Located in the Historic Dunhill Hotel, we are proud to call ourselves a Farmhouse Bistro. We might even go so far as to say we are Farmer to Table as Executive Chef and Proprietor, Cassie Parsons, is also the owner of Grateful Growers Farm in Lincoln County. The ingredients we use come from small, independently owned farms within 100 miles of Charlotte. We make exceptions for shrimp & fish (if only the NC coast were closer), spices, flour and olive oil. We make all our breads, pasta and many of our cheeses in-house. All the meats and eggs on our menu come from farms that do not use antibiotics or added hormones. The dining room features an original terrazzo floor, pale gold walls, dark wood and windows facing an attractive view of Tryon Street and offer convenient location for the Blumenthal Theater & all uptown events. Private setting and sophisticated fare of the restaurant provide perfect venue for business lunches or specialty dinners.
