Maybe some of you already know me. My wife and I have been in the restaurant business in the Charlotte area for over 20 years, initially with the first wood fired brick pizza oven in the Charlotte area (Luisa's Pizzeria), currently with "Dolce Ristorante Italiano" (Dilworth area) and now with the brand new "Rudy's".
The concept at Rudy's will be that of a neighborhood Italian restaurant, with a casual atmosphere, friendly prices for food and bar and very, very good food.
