For the excellent quality and freshness of the ingredients used in the kitchen, Al Natural could certainly be considered as one of the best of Madrid's few vegetarian restaurants. A warm and cosy atmosphere is created in the dining room with the use of subtle lighting and the careful positioning of the plants; a welcoming ambiance whilst you enjoy the house specials, including Mushroom Stroganoff and Aubergine Gratin.
