The Hotelux Bar in Cologne is a journey back in time, giving you a taste of the Soviet Union. The restaurant has busts of Lenin, 'Potemkin' armour and black décor. The bar oozes charm, and for many diners it is their second living room. The self service system is not a problem. Quite the opposite. It creates an almost familiar feel! The bar staff are always good-humoured and good at their job. The bar offers a variety of drinks including Kölsch, a good selection of wine, a large choice of Russian vodka and so-called KGB (Keiner Geht Breiter) cocktails with seven types of vodka.
