The Left Bank serves contemporary American cuisine with the technique and traditions of the French culinary arts. Our mission is to serve the bounty of local farmers and fisherman with an emphasis on using Sustainable, Organic, Artisanal and Local ingredients. This concept we refer to as S.O.A.L.
The ala carte menu is a constantly changing effort to reflect the seasons. A multi-course tasting menu with or without paired wines is also a highlight of the menu. The Left Bank is a multiple Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner and we invite you to peruse our ever changing and updated lists on site. Our evolutionary menus are created by Chef de Cuisine Travis Lee Robinson, with the culinary direction of the Resort's Executive Chef Joshua Hollinger and celebrity Chef and whole foods pioneer Michel Nischan. Chef Robinson is focused on sourcing local ingredients and dedicated to a philosophy rooted in sustainability.
