At Farm to Fork, you will experience the products of local foragers, fishermen, farmers and ranchers. Our chef, Shiloh Ficek, is committed to deliver seasonal fresh menu selections that pair beautifully with our local wines. From our Farmhouse Breakfast to our Puget Sound Manila Clams or our Cascade Natural Culotte Steak, each dish has been thoughtfully prepared for your palate.
A Wine Bar and Bottle Shop has an outstanding list of small lot local wines from which to choose. During the winter months, we support the wines of our local winemakers whose wines are available and have proven themselves on our shelves throughout the year. Look for that selection to expand tremendously as the local producers release their new vintages and we bring new local producers onboard.
We select wine based on factors important to our philosophies: outstanding character and quality of the wine, farming philosophy of the grower, and the particular practices of the winemaker.
