Located on the ground floor, Market Kitchen at The Durham Marriott offers guests a traditional cuisine featuring expertly grilled meats and fish. The restaurant has both a classic and modern design with high-backed leather chairs set on oak flooring and modern artwork adorning the walls.
Typical offerings on the carte include smoked salmon served with sourdough chards and crème fraiche or shaved smoked chicken, apple slaw, radish and roasted walnuts among the starters.
