Düsseldorf's cosmopolitan restaurant appeals to diners from all over the world. In terms of appearance the Dado offers pure design and restrained elegance. The Dado invites you on a unique culinary journey in which you can sample la Cuisine Vitale. The restaurant only uses fresh, quality ingredients which have a characteristic flavour. You don't have to have a sumptuous feast. Today's multilingual, health-conscious and inquisitive clientele want to try out various dishes. They would rather have a variety of small bites than one large portion. The restaurant serves small and visually inviting portions of sesame flavoured glass-noodle salad served with fresh coconut, foie gras mousse served with Crème de Cassis Double, green spring rolls, Agnolotti sweetbread and Hoso-Maki-Sushi served with wasabi cream. The chef Yves Deval-Block says: I can offer diners a good general impression of my cuisine. I like bringing back new culinary ideas from my travels round the world which means that diners can travel with me in the culinary sense of the word.
