Surrounded by 170 acres of stunning private gardens and parkland, Alexander House boasts two restaurants, AG's and Reflections. Awarded 3 AA rosettes, AG's is their fine dining restaurant serving a menu of classic British and French cuisine using the very best local and seasonal produce. Some of their signature dishes include smoked fillet of Sussex beef, with wood sorrel and beer gnocchi, or a delicious peanut and banana parfait with coffee sorbet and dark rum.

Reflections Restaurant in Alexander House has also been awarded two AA Rosettes for its excellent cuisine and it offers a straightforward menu of freshly prepared food served in a stylish, modern setting, with a relaxed atmosphere throughout. Overlooking the beautiful Flames Courtyard at the centre of this splendid spa hotel, Reflections Restaurant features its own champagne bar.

A unique dining destination in its own right, the menu includes classic bistro favourites, light bites, salads and a variety of great vegetarian options. Dine al fresco in Flames Courtyard throughout the summer as well as during the crisp autumn months, when a log fire-pit will be lit on colder evenings.
