Nick & Toni's is a highly regarded forerunner to the current restaurant community in East Hampton. Reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse, the restaurant is comprised of three dining rooms with a large mosaic tiled wood burning oven as the centrepiece. Mediterranean and rustic Italian influences direct the menus, which change seasonally to make use of the restaurants organic garden, as well as the bounty offered by the local farmers and fishermen.
