The Emmentaler Gaststube is located in the Hirschen hotel in the picturesque village of Eggiwil in the Emmen Valley, just a 40-minute drive from Bern, and 500 metres away from Eggiwil's bus station. The restaurant has a simple traditional décor, with half timbered ceilings and dark furniture. The kitchen serves up regional, national and international dishes, including fish, meat, pasta and rice dishes.
