A classic mountain getaway, Baldpate is located seven miles south of Estes Park, Colorado on the designated scenic "Peak to Peak Highway" Colorado Route 7. Our setting is nestled in the pine forest on the side of Twin Sisters Mountain, next to the Lily Lake area of Rocky Mountain National Park.
For more than 20 years the Baldpate's dining room was rated as a 5-star Duncan Hines restaurant. Today our specialty buffet continues to bring highest honors as we provide an unparalleled dining experience. Although we do not offer traditional entrees, we are loved for our fresh salad buffet, homemade soups, breads, and pies. Not only locals, but travelers especially delight in the refreshing change and value that our soup and salad menu offers. Seating in our sunporch dining room offers the bonus of an unequaled treetop view of the mountain valley.
Our dining room is open continuously for both lunch and dinner, 11:30 AM through 8:00 PM
