Nestling in the tranquillity of acres of rolling gardens and wooded park land, Hallmark Flitwick Manor is a classical Georgian house which continues its ancestral traditions of hospitality. Croquet lawns, tennis court, helicopter landing pad, private suites, 18 luxury rooms and an award winning restaurant.
Choosing from set dinner menus dishes may include a starter of Carnaroli risotto of confit field mushrooms dusted with lemon and parmesan or a Tart fine of vine tomatoes and baked goats cheese with a basil pesto. Main courses can include Grilled rib-eye of beef or Honey roast breast of duck with fondant potato and a sauterne and green peppercorn sauce. Classic desserts of Lemon and thyme crème brulee or hot orange soufflé are among the choices. Expect to pay around £35.50-£42.50 for a 3 course meal. Wines start at about £20 on the well balanced list.
