Review on Más y Más
The Más y Más Küche in Freiburg offers fresh, light Mediterranean cuisine which is both seasonal and regional. The restaurant sets its sights high. It serves tapas and snacks, a wide variety of pasta and risotto dishes, some original salads and last but not least a selection of meat and fish dishes. The hosts Johanna Anker and Mike Münch produce some delightful dishes, such as duet of scallops served with pea puree and purple potatoes, creamy spinach risotto with saffron cauliflower and fried salmon cubes, veal cheeks and chorizo stewed in port wine and served with spinach risotto and root vegetables. Desserts include warm chocolate cake with white Balsamic ice cream. The Más y Más offers breakfast, lunch, coffee and cakes (from the restaurant's own bakery), a romantic dinner for two and dinners for large parties. You will have a great experience every time you come. In the summer sit out and dine under the chestnut trees on Adelhauser Klosterplatz or in the Mediterranean-style inner courtyard.
