Auberge du Lion d'Or an award winning restaurant located in the Cologny district is part of the prestigious Relais and Chateaux collection, as well as the recipient of a Michelin star. The elegant dining room offers panoramic views of the city and Lake Geneva and guests can dine al fresco on the terrace during the summer months.
The kitchen is under the leadership of two chefs, French Gilles Dupont and Thomas Byrne from Ireland who have devised a creative and imaginative menu. There is a bar on the first floor overlooking the lake making a lovely venue for pre-dinner drinks or cocktails, and it can be converted into a private function room. There is a creative wine list of fine international wines to complement the dishes. The Bistro de Cologny adjacent to the Auberge offers a shorter, delicious menu for a more informal dining experience.
