The Indigo Bar and Grill in Buckinghamshire's Gerrards Cross, with its unique fusion of Indian and pan-Asian cuisine, has become a fast-favourite amongst locals. Since opening in 2008, Indigo has developed an innovative menu combining all the best elements of Asian cuisine. Although some of the dishes are traditional, such as the Jhinga Indie (a prawn dish popular amongst officials of the East India Company), the Indigo also offers some unique creations such as 'Atomic Kappa' - cassava topped with mustard, tamarind and the chef's own blend of spices. There is also a well stocked wine list boasting a fine selection of French and New World wines.
