The four star Duquesa de Cardona hotel in Barcelona's marina is home to the La Duquesa restaurant, which is located in the old stables of this converted 19th century palace. This elegant restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine with original touches using the finest seasonal ingredients. There is a set lunchtime menu, although diners can also opt for the à la carte with dishes such as courgette soup with grilled goats cheese and grated coconut, or roasted langoustines wrapped in Ibérico pancetta on a bed of broad beans. Groups are accepted with a reservation and the restaurant can host all types of celebrations.
