"Wo Winzer Wein trinken" (The place where wine growers go to drink wine), is the motto of the Kleinhuis Restaurant which sums up right from the start that it also sees itself as a wine bar. The wine list features 150 choices including an international selection with a strong focus on Europe and Germany in particular. This selection is also the perfect accompaniment for the food served at Kleinhuis. It serves modern German cuisine with fresh ingredients sourced from in and around Hamburg which means that any produce that has to travel far is rejected. This modern German cuisine is sophisticated and presented with bags of imagination. In addition to wine tasting evenings Kleinhuis hosts whiskey tastings and coffee evenings. There is space for 100 people for private functions and the Weinkeller and Kaminzimmer can accommodate 40 people.
