Designed in line with Feng Shui principles, Yin Yang serves a wide choice of Asian and primarily Japanese dishes. According to Chinese nutritional principles, unlike in the West, food is judged not only on its freshness and healthiness, but also its warming potential and its adherence to the 5 elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Where possible, a meal should comprise all 5 elements which should be added to the meal in a particular sequence. The Yin-Yang balance is most important, with all foods being allocated to the 5 elements. The end results include warming, neutral and cooling foods too. Yin Yang endeavours to follow Chinese principles when it selects and prepares its dishes, in order to offer you a balanced and healthy meal. All dishes are always prepared absolutely fresh and for this, predominantly organic produce or produce from sustainable farming are used.
