Red Newt Cellars Winery & Bistro is located just outside the bucolic hamlet of Hector in Finger Lakes wine region of New York. With a focus on Finger Lakes regional cuisine, the chef Debra Whiting crafts regionally expressive menus with ingredients sourced directly from local farmers.
