Quattro - four in Italian - represents the four "faces" of the restaurant: breakfast, lunch, dinner and its lively vinoteca. The restaurant incorporates various design elements, including creative lighting, vivid colours, an intriguing wine bar and vinoteca, and other alluring features, creating an inviting dining environment in downtown Houston.
Quattro's new Vinoteca dining concept offers guests a unique twist to their Italian favourites with a "small plates" menu that pairs wonderfully with 50 wines by the glass. Perfect for sharing, guests will indulge in the delightful creations prepared by Chef Maurizio Ferrarese, such as prosciutto flatbread, wild mushroom and fontina cheese crostini, gnocchi alla romana, and an olive and cheese bar.
Quattro accommodates 235 diners in the bar, dining room and four of the unique private dining rooms.
