Michelin starred Restaurant Zum Adler Hurden is located in the fishing village of Hurden, on the narrow part of Lake Zurich, an artificial island connected by a bridge with Pfäffikon to the south. Chef proprietor is Markus Gass and his wife Cristine Hess Gass who is charge of the amicable service.
