Joan Marc's namesake restaurant is located in Placa del Blanquer in his hometown of Inca, Mallorca's third largest town and best known as the 'city of leather'. The light and airy restaurant with an open to view kitchen has a modern contemporary décor, featuring oak tables set against olive green chairs. Walls display tall Cypress tree trunks with metal branches holding small boxes showcasing handcrafted jewellery, created by Joan Marc's sister, Maria Magdalena.

Joan Marc gained his culinary skills working at esteemed kitchens such as 365 in the Hotel Son Brull in Pollença and Reads Hotel in Santa Maria. His cuisine emphasises superior ingredients treated simply and with impeccable technique. Dishes are served in half portions, allowing diners to create their own tasting menu and it's accompanied by a concise wine list with a focus on local wines. Guests can expect beautifully presented food in a relaxed ambience with attentive service.
