Situated in Küsnacht, a short drive from Zurich, Zandonella Rico has taken the over the culinary reins of Petermann's Kunststuben and after a refurbishment by the famous Ticino interior designer Carlo Rampazzi, has been re-named Rico's Kunststuben. He is assisted by his former teacher Horst Petermann and his charming wife Iris still looks after the front of house. This very experienced duo provide diners with an exquisite menu of artfully displayed modern French dishes. The restaurant is regarded as one of the finest in Switzerland and has been host to the Swiss President, the Emperor of Japan and Tina Turner.
