Established in 1881, the Lake Elmo Inn has served countless meals in its 129 years. Present owner John Schiltz has been a part of that tradition since 1983.

There is a lot of history within the Inn. Many great collections; salt & pepper shakers - 3000 - 4000 sets, crystal decanters & vases, carved ducks, paintings & no one decorates like the Inn at Christmas. It's worth the drive just to see it. 124 Nutcrackers and over 60 snow globes... just to name a few.
Just 12 miles from downtown St. Paul & 25 miles from downtown Minneapolis the Inn is a perfect day or evening destination.
