Angelino comes from Southern Italy, and you can taste this in the food. The recipes come from his native southern Italy and most of the ingredients come directly from Italy or the restaurant's very own herb garden. The restaurant brings you the sunshine of Italy, showing personal commitment and attention to detail. At lunchtime there is a reasonably priced menu including soft drinks. In the evening you can feast on fresh fish and seafood dishes. Whatever you do though, don't miss out on the Italian wines. Angelino also offers a cultural highlight on the third Thursday of every month with a reading from the Fairbund (an organisation that promotes the welfare of young people and families in Leipzig).
