Aurat is the new gastronomic offering from Club Ribelino's, serving original Mediterranean cuisine combined with oriental influences from chef Francisco Palomares, who was voted best chef in Spain in 2007. His CV boasts two Michelin stars as the second in command to the popular chef Pedro Subijana at Akelarre restaurant and his culinary skills are evident in a menu full of flavour and vitality. Aurat is an elegant restaurant with an extensive wine list. Its comprehensive service includes car parking as well as two lovely terraces.
