Built in 1882, this magnificently restored stone mansion is reached along a private wooded drive. It's now a modern-day country hotel with a great deal to offer, including 11 acres of tranquil grounds, stunning views, excellent hospitality and even a spa and sporting facilities.
The kitchen keeps its eye on modern trends, and a wide wide-ranging menu is available in the recently opened Noelle's Restaurant overlooking the grounds. Ever-changing menus are based on local and regional produce, and the food is backed by an eclectic choice of classic and New World Wines.
Alternatively, go casual and take advantage of the brasserie-style food served in the Clock Tower Café/Wine Bar attached to the spa.
