Review on DaiCa Restaurant - Petit Hotel
DaiCa Restaurant, Petit Hotel is a new venture started by David Ribas and Caterina Pieras who having worked at a string of Michelin Starred restaurants, left her position as head chef of Es Vi at Castillo Hotel Son Vida, to open this new restaurant with rooms in the Mallorcan village of Llubi.
The battle cry is 'Majorcan fresh market cuisine, with a touch of modernity and signature dishes, a welcoming atmosphere with an excellent menu with reasonable prices'. There is also a tasting menu for 28 Euros.
