In a secluded mountain setting surrounded by trees with its own spring water swimming pool carved into the rocks, the legendary Restaurant Es Guix was established in 1970, about half a kilometre off the road between Lluc and Caimari in an ancient hunting lodge.

Traditional Mallorcian mountain food, fresh grilled fish or what many say, the best suckling pig on the island are served in scenic tranquillity, some even describe it as paradise.
