A bonanza of Pacific-Asian flavours in stunning contemporary surroundings is what you can expect at this innovative Chinatown favourite.
One floor is devoted to Chinese cooking; above it is a dining room specialising in Thai cuisine. Each has its own kitchen and its own team of chefs, so there's no dumbing down or cross-fertilisation along the way.
The Chinese side of things is built around a mix-and-match set-up where you select you centrepiece ingredients, decide how you want them cooked and pick a sauce of your choice. Added to this are dim sum aplenty, as well as dishes ranging from authentic crispy roast duck to scallop-stuffed prawns fried in salt and pepper.
In the Thai section, lunchtime buffets and evening banquets are a favourite option, although the kitchen covers most of the staples, from stir-fries and spicy salads to curries and noodles.
