Chef Mauricio Giovanini produces original culinary creations at his restaurant Marbella Messina. Modern, carefully designed and glamorous, the restaurant looks to the unexpected, offering curiosities such as tomato ?yolk? or strawberry beer. The menu changes continuously according to season, but always features handmade pastas and a tasting menu with dishes such as ceviche with transparent lime peel and fizzy lime juice mousse, or pan-fried tuna terrine with coconut milk ?caviar?. The wine list features plenty of interesting choices, while desserts are all homemade.
