Your first steps into Kai Mayfair, will greeted by staff who will lead you to a table, laid with the finest China from Hong Kong, ceramics from Thailand and Silverware decorated with Brazilian Jasper.
The Chefs have come from different backgrounds, each from a Chinese restaurant specialising in specific regional styles and work together to produce a fabulous menu filled with exciting recipes, some maybe unfamiliar, from every corner of China depicting the diverse styles of cooking. Authenticity is an obsession at Kai. Recipes from the light seasonings of Peking food to the hot, spicy and stronger flavours of the Szechwan kitchen are but a taste of their repertoire.
