Review on Harth at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner
An abundance of fresh, locally grown and raised food will be featured at Tysons Corner's newest hot restaurant, H?rth. , Celebrating American comfort foods that people crave while bringing a fresh and contemporary approach to dining. Executive Chef Thomas Elder will orchestrate a menu of locally sourced ingredients from farms scattered throughout Virginia's Shenandoah countryside. The property will also source locally, with a terrace level garden and several bee hives to produce our own honey. The menu will feature specialties including oven roasted frittatas for breakfast, fire roasted fish and braised meats for dinner and small plates for sharing and offer an extensive list of local and regional beers and wines. To add to the glow created by the wood burning oven, numerous fireplaces, warm woods and fabrics will be used throughout the restaurant. The restaurant will also include a semi-private dining space perfect for business or social events.
